CONTINENTAL CONGRESS 2009/14TH AMENDMENT

Prior to my going to the Continental Congress, all I was really aware of was the New World Order, Martial Law and FEMA. My first night there, however, I started learning about the 14th Amendment through somebody, Bruce Ray Riggs, who had done a lot of research on the matter for years. You can learn more at his website, dirtyunclesam.com.

He, and others who had researched the matter, wanted to form a committee to render the 14th Amendment null and void since it was never properly ratified and is the poison tree. Everything else are just the fruits of the poison tree.

The minute the 14th Amendment was brought up, the main cooridinator of CC2009, Bob Schulz, had his hand on the side of his face and was looking extremely stressed. It was mentioned how that was not part of the initial agenda and was met with extreme resistance from the stage.

I had no major hand in the production of the report since I just started learning about the 14th and how it created a "straw man," which I will talk about later. (My straw man can't own a gun or drive, but I can by the Bill of Rights in the organic Constitution. The 14th Amendment and on are null and void. I am a sovereign citizen, sui juris, and the only one who can judge me is me, especially when the improper courts under the 14th will not hear my redress of grievances, because of the 14th. It's quite a conundrum.)

After spending a couple days writing the report, the committee made up of Jeanne Golrick, Jim Davis, Bruce Ray Riggs, Kurt Kallenbach and myself attempted to give the report. We/they waited in line for a few hours one day to try to present their report, but the stage kept putting other things in front of us/them. The next day we stood in line longer until 12-1 in the morning.

While the entire body was overtired and stressed, somebody immediately tried moving to adjourn for the night, instead of recess, and the entire body yelled no, but then there had to be a formal vote on it, taking up more time.

Every state had received a copy of the report the day before, which I will add later. I believe Bruce went first, but he couldn't explain everything in three minutes and felt he wasn't being listened to, and he was clearly frustrated, as some would expect, and ended up tearing up his card, swearing and walking out, which I wish he hadn't done.

Kurt got up after and said, "Look people, it's not rocket science..." I get it, even though it took a lot of listening to Bruce and looking at his giant laminated enlarged posters outlining where our country went wrong and we became a corporation of a foreign state, a banking system was set up for debt in 1867, before we even had a debt in 1871. Executive Orders 1 and 6 were signed making us enemies of the foreign state and were never repealed. There is some of this I might not be explaining fully, but it is all on paper to prove it, and we just need to stop acknowledging it. We are all sovereign individuals.

The body seemed kind of like they wanted to hear it, but it wasn't done well with it being as late as it was and the high tension in the body, but they said they would hear it at the next Continental Congress, which I doubt will happen anyway.

My last day in the committee of the whole, I saw a "report"--most of the reports were prewritten prior to any committees being formed, and in the report, it was saying that congress have a committee appointed to review all legislation before congress acts on it. That's just saying put unelected corruption in with elected corruption. The action recommended for patriots to take, if congress didn't appoint the committee, then patriots were recommended to block highways, tunnels, bridges, congressional offices, etc. After reading this, I told Vermont's "first delegate," Stewart Skrill, also appointed to head the crudential's committee, that it wasn't a good idea--I hated sitting in traffic. He thought it was a "great idea," and I left.

While I was in the lobby outside the elevators, I sat down to talk to Jim Davis, and he asked me if I knew what was happening in the committee of the whole, and he told me that they were voting on what I just mentioned. He mentioned how it was recommending stuff that could result in serious public inconveniences against the Patriot Act and all those people following the recommendaton, plus those who made the recommendation would be able to be prosecuted under the Patriot Act.

During another committee of the whole, Jeanne Golrick attempted to read from Black's Law Dictionary, "Articles of Association," because that was going to be the title of the final document produced by the CC2009. (At one point, Bob Schulz called it the "Articles of Incorporation" by accident, but it was meant to start a corporation.) As Jeanne was reading it, the sound on the live web feed was cut off before she could even get five words out. Another delegate also tried reading "Terroristic Threats" and the he was shut down, and Jeanne tried reading and microphone was taken away by the president, Michael Badnarick, and she, along with the other, were taken out of the hall. (I was not present for this, but I heard it from other people that this is what happened--I just might not be telling it the right way since I didn't observe it first hand.)

My last day there, I heard the police were being called on the 14th Amendment Committee for planning a "physical uprising." I wasn't planning anything aside from leaving while telling a few people I thought would listen what was I saw and heard what was happening.

Those mentioned, and a few others, packed their bags and left.

This was mainly a learning experience for me, and I liked most of the people I met, even those not on the committee, but I didn't like what I observed happening.

I found it odd that our report kept getting pushed back and that Bob Schulz was looking anxious when the 14th, which was never properly ratified, was first mentioned, even though this is the poisonous tree that where all our problems come from today and why I can't get a proper redress of grievances about the conspiracy between Mrs. Meek and Ms. Place, because it's a fake court system.

The 14th Amendment created a strawman. He can lose his rights, but I shouldn't be able to lose them because the 14th Amendment created a fictitious body, "the Defendant's person," not the flesh and blood Defendant, where his rights can be taken--given away. (I can own a gun and drive a car, my God-given rights, but my strawman, the fictitious character created by the 14th Amendment, can not do either of those things. Unalienable means unalienable.)

This is also why our prison's are so overcrowded and there's corruption in the courts, because the 14th puts us under a different court system: statutory courts instead of common law courts for the People. Where's our Grand Jury system?

You have been fooled Vermont and America. IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP TO THE ILLUSION!

Each individual is a sovereign citizen with unalienable rights that cannot be given or taken away at the swipe of a pen. Our rights only get taken away, because we let the defacto system take them away. They took away a lot of things prior to the Hollocaust too.

This is a link to a video with me partly in it while at CC2009.

And this is a video of somebody reading a letter that was written in New Jersey by one of the delegates, while I, and a few other delegates were present at it's production. The person reading it, I do not know much about other than he was posing as media at the event, but he just wanted to know what was happening, and there should be no need for secrecy or screening certain things there--that's no different than the congress we already have issues with.
