SUPREME CORRUPTION
The following is the end of the Vermont Supreme Court's decision not to expunge a plea deal
that I was essentially blackmailed into in 2005. I proved my case, and nobody can dispute all the evidence I
have to support the conspiracy. My response for reargument is also at the end. The actual appeal, which can not
be disputed is under 100% Conspiracy.
"The reasons defendant submits for expunction, such as ineffective assistance of counsel, violations of discovery
obligations, noncompliance with terms of a plea deal and lack of witness credibility, are not extraordinary. Such
challenges are usually and typically raised in conventional, post-appeal collateral attacks to negate criminal
convictions. Whatever the expungement authority the trial court may have, it is not a substitute for the avenues
of relief particularly provided for by law."
