On March 30, 2009, I went to Family Court to file a motion to modify parent-child contact since Levitt never ruled on missed visits, among other reasons.

On March 20, 2009, Levitt maintained the pick up and drop off spot at Jolley's in Jericho, one mile away from Mrs. Meek's residence, because she claimed that she wouldn't be able to get a ride to more of a halfway point, because Mr. Meek had to work.

Mr. Meek was at the pick up and drop off on March 27, 2009. At the drop off, he pulled toward my mother's car like he was going to hit us, again, trying to intimidate me just like he tried on March 20, 2009 when he threatened, in front of my daughter, to "knock [me] out... choke [my] fuckin' ass out..."

I also filed for a hearing about my no-stalking order being denied, because Mr. Meek has no reason to be at the pick up or drop off when it was maintained one mile from Mrs. Meek's residence so that she could walk there. As I told the system in both my filings, they have been warned on all levels, and they have no authority over my God-given, not system-given, right to life, liberty, and freedom. I loaned those rights to them, but then they allowed people to lie under oath, and there are many psychopaths in the system, so it will certainly never have any authority over me, and I'm prepared for whatever happens.

Anyway, on the way to Family Court, I mentioned to my mother how I didn't care what I said to these people, because they have no respect whatsoever for the system or my rights, and they can't see the truth when it is plain as day, and that "I'm guided by God."

While I was filing my motion in Family Court, I heard Patrick Duxbury called over the intercom to report to the District Courtroom. He's the same meek cowardly ass who was/is kicking my daughter. She says he doesn't anymore, but they have her controlled, and if he stopped, then it is only because I'm around and I will not back down to any of these psychos, and they know it.

Mr. Duxbury was in court for sentencing on a violation of probation for a simple assault he had committed in February, 2008, docket #: 547-2-08 Cncr.

These people are aggressive and assaultive, and the Court sees nothing wrong with leaving my daughter in this environment, while supporting Mrs. Meek's and Ms. Place's conspiracy and continuing to lie and file false reports, while Mrs. Meek has also had numerous assaults, all of which have magically disappeared thanks to the State under TJ Donnovan, who has ignored all of this, while his office ran with false reports against me, and I have done nothing but endure all of this without any new event of my own doing since 2002, and those events were only because of the distress I dealt with from these psychopaths. They are predators and target weaknesses and neediness, and that is all they did in 2002 and have tried doing since I came out of my coma, but I came back with a reenergized strength and finally found my own sense of individuality so they could try, but not succeed and targeting my emotions.

I was judged at the end of 2002, I'm guided by God, and the system can stay out of my way when they allow this to continue around my daughter. They are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

On a final note, I didn't start seeing my daughter until she was three years old, and those were strictly supervised where I couldn't even give her a hug. There were only a couple visits like that, and then there were visits at Mrs. Meek's scumbag parents' trailer park. There were quite a few heiatouses on visits, including a whole year, and Mrs. Meek and her family have had all the time they needed to actually turn my daughter against me. After the year I was unable to see my daughter, I finally got an okay ruling and found her, after Mrs. Meek moved from South Burlington to the boonies of Jericho--"guided by God."

I had a court ruling on visits that I tried enforcing when I finally located her, and the State Police became involved. In their statement, my daughter wanted to leave with me, and they didn't even tell her for how long. She wanted to get out of the environment the Court has left her in, and she does know that she's better off with me. Why does the Court, the Devil's playground, allow this to continue around my daughter while trying to harm me?
