While I was in the courthouse on 4/03/09 filing a family court motion, because I will always have reasons to file, I heard Patrick Duxbury called over the intercom to report to the district court.

I went to the district court clerk's office after I was finished filing my motion, and I requested all major affidavits against Mr. Duxbury surrounding the one docket number I knew of.

In the affidavit, Duxbury's girlfriend was worried that he was going to hurt her brother's cat, while she was watching it. When he was going to get it, according to him: "... he told Deforge the cat would have to go and then went to the bedroom to remove the cat... Deforge was yelling at him... he put his hand on Deforge's chest and pushed her away from him..."

There are a few other things he said, but this guy's a lying psychopath. According to Deforge: ""He grabbed me by the throat and pinned me down in the bedroom." Duxbury then told her "I'm sick of your shit."

This asshole has also kicked my daughter and left bruises on her, but DCF and the courts just keep ignoring me--disbelieving me about the environment they continue to leave my daughter in.

Duxbury's take on the environment is also in the affidavits. The affidavits, violation addendums, end with him no longer living in my daughter's residence in October, 2008, but he is still living there now and has been for awhile.

His take on the environment: "Patrick advised the residence that he was at in Jericho was no longer safe for him. He advised that they smoke pot constantly and argue all the time... the residence he was living at in Jericho would be filled with pot smoke everyday."

So he, a 38 year old "man," said the environment for him, the same environment the system leaves my daughter in, is "not safe for him." So what makes the system think this is a safe environment for a six year old girl, especially when she is being manipulated, controlled, and abused, and the person who kicked her because she didn't clean her room when her mother asked her to is now back there.

I can tell my daughter is afraid of these people, and they have her threatened not to say anything.

The system didn't believe me at all about her environment and continues to leave her in it, but now I have proof on record about what I was saying about the environment.
