On February 1, 2010, Ashley said something to my mother that led her to believe they know people at the Essex Police Department.

They had two EPD officers sitting in their place in October, 2009 wasting your tax dollars, after EPD told me they wouldn't do anything for me and never have.

They had them waiting because of my calls about visits that EPD would do nothing about.

In 2002, Ashley told me, "My parents have connections in the system."

So because they wouldn't do anything regarding my visits and Ashley skipping them, they finally decided to charge me, and I pushed for a charge for a jury trial so I can show everything, but if EPD officers want to look like couch loafers like they were in October, 2009, and the rest of the system wants to look corrupt with all the contradictions, lies and perjury between Ashley and her co-conspirator, then I don't care.

I'm glad I never became a police/peace officer, because I have realized that most of them like to allow situations to escalate so that they do something for their friend/"connection" for drugs or whatever, who have no conscience or empathy/psychopaths, then I don't care.

I can guarantee you that if Ashley has connections at EPD, which it really seemed to sound like to my mother, then the entire department has no integrity, because it was a couple higher ups I had complained to who were wasting your tax dollars sitting in Ashley's place doing nothing other than a situation they allowed to escalate, just like in December, 2009 when I finally had it.

They do nothing and wait for it to escalate so they can charge their "friend's" opposition, me.

Fine, I look forward to a jury trial regarding this which is why I intentionally got the charge, and I look forward to smearing everybody on the stand for doing nothing but sitting in their "friend's" apartment.

I'll cover this more in my book, but I look forward to being "judged," because these are the corrupt unethical officials who deserve to be judged and lose their jobs when they sit around and do nothing so that it will lead up to something happening.

I called the EPD, after I was finished writing this to find out who the officers involved with all the times I had complained, and I was directed to Ed Piro. He was one of the two lazy officers sitting in Ashley's place in October, 2009 instead of doing anything so that it didn't have to come to that regarding Ashley skipping visits, and my trying to talk to them about seeing my daughter.

I asked him how I could get all the names of everybody involved in this, and he said that was the chief's information to give.

I asked him who the chief was, whose name I don't recall, "but everybody knows" who he is, according to Piro, " everybody knows who that is. I didn't, my daughter doesn't, but this is the same kind of talk Ashley always gives.

I didn't know the chief's name and neither did my father, or others I'm sure, but that's just the way unethical and immoral people like to talk. (I don't think that "everybody" knows the name of the chief of police in Essex.)

He was sketchy at the end of answering any questions and wanted to go. So then why should anybody answer this guy's questions when he wants to do nothing about my situation other than things against me? Why should anybody want to trust any of EPD when there have been other officers involved who do nothing?

I'll admit that I was very forceful with him, but whatever. He's wrong, and so is the rest of the department when he had another officer sitting with him, and none of them do anything regarding my complaints before it came to this, and that includes the state's attorney's office run (into the ground) by TJ Donnovan.

As I told Piro, I look forward to a jury trial and that's all I did what I did in December, 2009, because he and others won't do anything to "prevent" that.
