As I said in 100% Conspiracy, this guy sequestered everybody from the courtroom who would be testifying regarding Kristen Place's false reports in December, 2005, while she and I remained to testify. There were three witnesses there for me and one, her lying boyfriend, David Ballard Jr., for her.

When she testified, it was obvious that she was lying. Anybody in that courtroom who couldn't tell she was lying needs their moral compass examined. After she was finished lying, I testified, and my testimony was solid, but while I was testifying, I noticed that all Grearson was doing was doodling on the pad--he wasn't even writing words.

After I was finished testifying, he chose to continue the hearing rather than allow an extra hour for my three elder witnesses to testify, and it was prolonged for seven months. Mr. Ballard Jr. never testified.

Grearson wrongfully violated me after the second hearing, and I show how wrong his ruling is, as well as how wrong the VSC was for upholding it, but we'll see if they realize the error of their ruling and the entire situation, or if they won't admit they're wrong when it's plain as day. (The ruling said there was no evidence to show I had an awareness of Ms. Place's presence on January 31, 2006... I was aware she tried entering the Grange with Mr. Ballard Jr. shortly after I did, but she was stopped by the manager, because she had filed false reports against me on December 27, 2005, and the manager was aware of what was happening. Anyway, I self-reported January 31, 2006 to my PO on February 1, 2006, and she wrote a distorted adendum, "evidence of my awareness of Ms. Place being around, regarding my self-report.)

To top it all off, Grearson is also the judge who had Brian Rooney in front of him on a restraining order hearing, and he thought Rooney looked like a 'nice guy.' This guy, and others listed on my site, you can trust me, are psychopaths. Only psychopaths side with psychopaths.
