The following is a motion I am filing in Family Court. A witness has finally come forward regarding all the harassment I had to go through from my daughter's mother's friend, Kristen Place. He can put the two of them together, after Mr. and Mrs. Meek constantly denied any knowledge of these people, even though other evidence showed they knew each other, but the court just excused that. Excuse it now that I have a witness. This person also left comments a few months ago on a Youtube video of the incident at BK in 2007, because they dragged him into it. He was also blackmailed and falsely accused by Kristen Place recently, and the way the system is organized, and the way the state runs with false reports, he pled out. Fortunately, he contacted me, and he will be withdrawing his plea. He realizes he should have heeded the warnings on my site. Kristen filed false reports on him, she tried doing it to another ex, David Ballard Jr., and she did it to me, but only to help her friend. She did it to these other people because they, at least my witness, told her she would have to get off her obese ass and get a job or move back in with her parents. She is nothing but a "trouble-making bitch" (David Ballard's grandmother 2006). The only reason she continues to do this, as well as other psychopaths, is because psychopaths in the system allowed, encouraged and enabled her to get away with it with me, and I have to deal with more harassment from my daughter's mother, Ashley Terjelian Meek, since the system excused my lawsuit regarding the conspiracy between these two due to the circumstantial evidence I had. Now I have a witness connecting all the "circumstantial" evidence. Are these people retards or do they just like watching people, like my daughter, suffer? I also learned that the obese pig, Kristen Place, is pregnant, and I pity that child as much as my daughter. CPS/DCF should take this child away from Kristen as soon as he/she is born, but of course, that's run by Nazis who only take kids away from good parents and leave them with bad. Let's see what the system thinks about my motion. The bottom line is, I now have a witness to put these two together, proving perjury and/or supplying the court with false information. Can I get an Amen?! One thing to consider with all this ammo the system has given me is if I was such a threat or danger to people outside this situation, then I wouldn't have what I have, and the people in the system, like Donnovan, wouldn't be turning out to look like such unethical morons. The VSP also finally filed charges against my daughter's mother when they thought the state's attorney's office, run (into the ground) by Donnovan, was on board. I received a victim impact statement two days after Mrs. Meek didn't appear for her arraignment on September 23, 2009. Two days later, before they even had time to read my statement, the case against Mrs. Meek was dismissed. Her "parents have connections in the system" (Mrs. Meek when we were still together, 2002.) I asked my main trooper why the charges were dismissed, and she said that Donnovan's office had been dismissing custodial interference cases and didn't know why. Donnovan's office doesn't care about what really happens to kids--his office just likes victimizing people with false reports when kids are raised wrong, and they want more pawns to manipulate and victimize like the Nazis they are. The idiot judge I am addressing in this motion to is Patricia Zimmerman, who denied motions even just asking for clarity. She denies clarity. She's also the idiot who sat on the high profile case revolving around the gynecologist this year, investigated by the corrupt Nazi bastard, Chris Carlson, who told me to "keep walking" when I tried thanking him for doing nothing for my daughter. (I have a few other stories about Carlson, and he is a "person" following Nazi principles, if not a Nazi. (Prescott Bush was a banker for the Nazis, and the CIA, among other things, was first formed with Nazis.) I know some people thought the gynecologist was innocent, but it doesn't matter as long as psychopaths in the system can manipulate the facts of reality, the truth, to fit with their laws to screw over everybody eventually. You should heed my warnings about these corrupt officials, because it's already coming clear to others that they should have heeded my warning about pawns for these corrupt officials. We are all pawns and debt slaves--well those of us that don't see--to those who want to control everything--Nazi Germany wanted to control everything, but you're either on or you're not, and I wouldn't have this site. I have judges, PO's, lawyers, people and police officers on this site, and I have never been sued.

The corrupt attorney general's office, run (into the ground) by Bill Sorrell is far beyond corrupt. I can't even count the levels--the Deputy Attorney General is a psychopath. When I tried suing the probation department and those involved, David Cassetty, the Dep. AG, defended them and even suggested that my idiot former PO try suing me. None of that has ever followed through, and nobody else has tried suing me, because they can't prove the things on my site aren't true. Here is a list, almost complete of bad/moron officials that I know of are (this does not include my opinion of other pieces of crap in the government, but I will list the officials I believe in): TJ Donnovan, Nichole Andreson, Bill Sorrell, David Cassetty, Chris Carlson, Martel (really arrogant Nazi bastard(s)), Geoffrey Crawford, Brian Grearson, and many other moron, unaccountable officials. Grearson thought Rooney was a nice guy. These idiots, if not corrupt officials, (Pick one) need restrained, if not imprisoned.

None of these people have followed through with, and unethical officials won't do anything--anything for my exposing them. If anything I say on my site isn't true, then the site wouldn't exist and I'd be buried. Sooner or later I will lose that First Amendment Right as long as people elect civil rights violators like Sorrell and Cassetty

The idiot Cassetty tried months ago for my corrupt PO and the State months ago, but nothing ever came of it. Why do you think that is? Think about it. That bastard only did it to try the same thing everybody else was saying, leaving me, a person of the people, powerless. If I killed myself, like most officials want, then they wouldn't have to worry about this. I pronounce this: IF I'M PRONOUNCING ANY MISTRUTHS ON THIS SITE ABOUT ALL THE NAMED NAMES, THEN SUE ME... Nobody does, even though Cassetty mentioned it just to try to cause me distress, get me to kill myself, because I care unlike him, but that wasn't even worth mentioning much in my book. I haven't been sued because these idiots can't disprove my claims, and it would be up to them as opposed to when I try to sue them. Sorrell and Cassetty should be looking at this, but they don't care about you, your family, your friends or any of your rights.

If this is what you want for your kids' futures, then I'm sorry. WAKE THE FUCK UP AND TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT AND GET RID OF THOSE WHO DON'T DAMNIT!

SUPPLEMENTAL AFFIDAVIT TO MODIFY PRR

On 10/9/09, at drop off Mr. Meek and I almost got into a fight. I would have gladly accomodated him, but I'll just wait until after the Constitutional Convention/We the People 2009 Convention.

I had arrived first at drop off for my daughter. She and I were on the side of the parking lot when Mr. and Mrs. Meek arrived. She wanted to take her Webkinz with her, but I told her she couldn't since I have not seen any of the other ones I've given her. She said before that they're in storage, but I wouldn't doubt if Mr. and Mrs. Meek threw them out as they have done with other things, because my daughter did say they were going to get out the Webkinz, but I've still never seen any of them. They don't care about her or her happiness or things that bring her joy so they will destroy those things.

Anyway, after I told her no about bringing her Webkinz, she ran to the truck, and Mrs. Meek was going to the back of it. As Madison was running by Mr. Meek to the back of the truck, he grabbed her by the arm, slung her around and told her it was in the truck rather than just telling her, and he has no business manhandling my daughter that way. (He just didn't want her to get in the back of the truck as she has probably been in the back before, otherwise she wouldn't have ran to the back of it the way she did. Or she just didn't want to be in the front alone with Mr. Meek. I also don't see how they could have an adequate childseat for her between Mr. Meek and Madison's sister.)

They have pushed my buttons so much directly to me and indirectly through my daughter with her picking up their aggressive and deceitful ways and doing it to me. She only acts worse because of them and what they tell her to do, but whatever.

So after he slung her around the way he did, and he immediately got in the truck after, I gave him the finger for it, which my daughter was doing to me in the car, because of them--look at his Myspace picture--and I lipped, "mother f(&*er" to him. (Hey, the system can't give me the relief I want and need for my daughter and me when it's aware of how unpleasant and aggressive these people are, then this will eventually come to a head, and they have pushed my buttons so much that they're stuck on on--that's what happens when you keep pushing a button, eventually it sticks.)

He got out of the truck and asked me if I had a problem. I told him that I did and not to grab my daughter like that again and then it was on with him challenging me to a fight and telling me I was running away when I just left. After the convention though, I'll be fine with it and bringing it to a jury, after I use the necessary force required for someone his size compared to mine, then present the jury with the hearing surrounding my request for him not to be around me, and the system telling me they can't give my daughter or me the relief we want and need, even when these people are recognized as aggresive personalities. I am sick of the environment this sytem leaves my daughter in changing her pleasant disposition.

Also, I was misinformed about the fight regarding Mr. Meek at the shelter. It was between him and Mrs. Meek. Like I said before, "he cheats on her all the time and treats her like shit" with my daughter in that environment so I have no doubt of what's changing her disposition, and I'm sick of it. (I think it's funny that Mr. Meek does that to Mrs. Meek, because they are both shit, but my daughter doesn't need exposed to that because Mrs. Meek knows she can't do any better and puts up with it.)

You can do the right thing, or he and I can get into it, after the CC hopefully, and I'll just have the trial to show the jury how the courts have screwed me every step of the way with my daughter, while I've been harassed and distressed by these psychopaths every step of the way including through my daughter, and sooner or later, a Father just has enough.

I don't like fighting, and I've only ever really been in two major fights, but I can fight, even though I wouldn't be foolish enough not to have some sort of instrument on me to equalize it, and one of those two fights didn't turn out so well for the other person, who was just harassing girls on our street--nothing this personal, and that was without anything other than an adrenaline rush. What do you think I'll do to Mr. Meek, when I saw the one fight in the hospital as I was getting examined for a broken pinky and thumb from his face? (I'm like nitro. I might be small, but I don't need much.)

So keep playing your psycho games surrounding my daughter, because I've had it, and Mr. Meek had no right to grab her like that. He's just a rude, vulgar, illmannered and aggressive slug, and I am really sick of this and them ruining parts of my daughter. I know for a fact that some judges just like to watch people "squirm," and if you're one of those, and you're not going to do anything, then I'm not squirming, but you can watch Mr. Meek "squirm" on the ground after we're done since you're sick enough to like to watch people "squirm." I'll just leave after I'm done with him.

The thing also to consider is would I even acknowledge the system or officials after, or would I treat them as people no better than Mr. and Mrs. Meek who let it get to this point like Donnovan and other seemingly braindead officials.

When my new witness contacted me, I recognized him from the comments from Youtube earlier this year. He said "they dragged [him] into it." Either way you look at it now, I can still connect Mrs. Meek and Kristen, after Mr. and Mrs. Meek have constantly denied knowledge of her, and according to this person he went to Mrs. Meek's place in Jericho with Kristen sometime last year. How does that work if they "have no idea who they [the Places and Kristen] are?"

Interesting and provocative just like everything else they have done to provoke me. What's that defense called? They want something to happen so we can let something happen, but it won't turn out well for them or the system.

There is no way Mrs. Meek is a better person for custody of Madison when her disposition sucks and my daughter's disposition was sweet and easygoing and closer to mine, but even that's getting ruined, because she's getting all this aggressive bs from them. Mrs. Meek remains unemployed and unemployable, while I'm just 1-2 months, give or take, from completing my course and being a medical transcriptionist. The only thing she has is Mr. Meek, and without him she wouldn't be able to make it, and that's not a good match around my daughter when they were kicked out of the shelter for fighting with each other, just like Mr. Duxbury described in his PO's addendum/affidavit earlier this year. 'Their place wasn't even safe for him, a 38 year old "man," because all they do is fight and argue all the time and the place is constantly filled with pot smoke.'

His PO probably just took this as an excuse so he could continue living with his girlfriend when there was truth to it. So they fought and argued all the time in Jericho, as well as everywhere else, including the shelter, and another person told me Mr. Meek "treats her like shit and cheats on her all the time," and then another person, who was in Mrs. Meek's place with Kristen, talks about Mrs. Meek yelling at Madison a lot and them blazing two bowls with her around them, on top of the VSP report showing what a delusional, unreasonable, uncooperative, manipulative "person" Mrs. Meek is. (You can have a heart without a conscience (Psychopaths like Mr. and Mrs. Meek, Kristen Place, the other cronies Mrs. Meek has pulled in on this, you(?), etc.), but you can't have a conscience without a heart (Human being--everybody else--)."

Which one are you? Do you just get kicks of watching other people "squirm?" That would define the former.

Keep in mind, Mr. Meek challenged me to a fight in front of her only after I told him not to grab my daughter like that.

A change in custody is the only way this will stop or something else can happen to get it to stop and the situation gets taken more seriously than the way it has been as a result of something else like my making sure Mr. Meek won't be able to grab my daughter like that again or run his mouth to me for awhile, maybe also ever again because I screw up his jaw and other bones. He was consistently challenging me and telling me I was running away, but after the CC, you can be certain I won't just have my ride drive off. He grabbed my daughter the wrong way, manhandle, and he got back in the truck after, and I let him know I was displeased with it with the finger, which my daughter learned from the slugs and was doing a lot of the return trip, and I lipped to him what he was to get his attention so I could tell him not to grab my daughter like that again, and his immediate response was fight, not you're right, I shouldn't grab her like that, because he does not care about her let alone think of her as his own as he tried making the court believe for my lawsuit. Anybody who believes that is a retard.

When my daughter gets older and more aggressive as a result of this, I really hope that if she does something, then it is to one of your family members or friends, and I will be right there defending her telling the jury it could have been avoided, but the stupid system encouraged and enabled it to happen so if somebody is to be charged, charge the people in the system who allowed it to come to that. That would be beautiful karma to fit with every other situation that's happened such as the perfect circumstances surrounding Mrs. Meek's father's death, Grearson thinking Rooney looked like a nice guy and doing nothing about him, and Crawford's daughter, after he didn't care about my sister almost being hit with a car by Mr. Meek in front of my daughter. Yin and yang is also the glyph of my sign, the truth is on my side, and the universe always finds a way to try to balance things.

Also, even though I'm certain my daughter and I would have never seen her Webkinz again, if I let her take it, after this happened, I'm certain that if I had let her take it, then something would have happened to it.

The only way this will stop is with a change in custody, or we can just wait and see what happens after the CC, if that. I'll still run for State Senator next year regardless of what happens and if you didn't know, a Vermonter named Matthew Lyons was elected into the senate while he was in jail, and I've more than made a name for myself as one with integrity, honesty, ethics and morals, unlike you while the system abuses the people.

It's your choice, because whatever happens, it will be big, and it will fit harmonically with the situation. Would my leaving Mr. Meek a bloody pulp after he does all this crap for years be enough of a change in circumstances? You should start anticipating it if you aren't already so that you can't say it's not a substation unanticipated change in circumstances, not that that has anything to do with vists, just custody, and whatever I do to that slug has nothing to do with my daughter other than I'm sick of the way he treats her and negatively influences her.

I know, because I was told by a reliable source, that the majority of officials in the system don't care and probably laugh at most of what I file, but we'll see who's laughing when I start using Mr. Meek as a baseball. Swing batter batter, swing and swing and swing and swing and swing and swing. I'd use my taser, but that's shorted out, but just let the fat bastard get out of his vehicle again and threaten me after everything they have done to provoke me, because by the time my witness and I are done, Mr. and Mrs. Meek will have no credibility and neither will their friend, my "victim," and neither will the system.

As long as I have my former PO's addendum contradicting the VSC's ruling erroneously upholding the violation due to their friend's false reports, good luck with anything against me.

No matter which way you move, the system can submit, or the system can head into battle with everything I have to show how screwed up this situation is in a criminal trial, including the system telling me they can't give me the relief my daughter and I need while knowing these slugs are aggressive personalities, in court, so it must be all the public things are true, and showing how the state ran with false reports from Mrs. Meek's friend, Kristen Place.

Let's not sit on this until after I return from the CC, because that's unfair to my daughter, and I will just return with more fuel to have when I accept Mr. Meek's challenges, if I don't accept them prior to that. I'm just waiting for the right time to say, okay, let's go, because nothing else is going to change anything.

Also, denying all these motions does not clarify what time I'm supposed to get my daughter for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, or any of the other events. I also didn't get her last Easter because of this system's lack of clarity. You deny clarifying things, and that's just retarded. Let's grow a brain people, because Mr. Meek's "brains" will be splattered if you want to keep being stupid and allowing this to continue, and I'll just say the system could have and should have kept him away from me, but they said they couldn't give me the relief I want or need from his harassment and provocation when they knew he was an aggressive personality who I was sick of influencing my daughter. I'm absolutely provoked by this entire situation.

Once again, Mrs. Meek is an unemployed, unemployable, uneducated, unskilled, homeless, lying and manipulative psychopath, so what does she have over me? I'm more likely to get a job, have money and eventually my own place or can keep my parents' place, especially after my medical transcriptionist course, and she will always be a psychopath. Only psychopaths side with psychopaths, and psychopaths should not be in positions of authority, so what are you?

When I get elected next year, you can rest assured, every unethical "nihlist" judge I have dealt with will be investigated, and I look forward to what I find on top of everything else I already have.

There needs to be a change in custody, or you can be certain that this will all happen and good luck with anything against me.
